HAMDEN, Conn. – The Bobcats are gearing up for the next season in ECAC Hockey as the league has announced its conference schedule on Thursday afternoon.
The Bobcats begin their goal of a regular season conference title on the road at Brown and Yale on Oct. 25-26 before heading back home to host Clarkson and St. Lawrence on Nov. 1-2.
Quinnipiac then heads back to the road to face Dartmouth and Harvard on Nov. 8-9 before welcoming Cornell and defending ECAC Hockey Champions Colgate on Nov. 22-23.
In December, they will play one conference game, taking the trip to New Jersey to face Princeton for a single game on December 7.
After the new year the Bobcats will make the road trip up to the Capital Region to face Union and RPI on Jan. 3-4. They return home on Jan. 10 to host Princeton for a single game at M&T Bank Arena.
QU will then head to Cornell and Colgate on Jan. 17-18 before coming back to Hamden for a four-game homestand, first hosting Yale and Brown on Jan. 24-25 then Harvard and Dartmouth Jan. 31 and Feb. 1.
On Feb. 7-8 the Bobcats will make their trip to the North Country to face St. Lawrence and Clarkson before returning to Hamden to wrap up the regular season with two home games against RPI and Union on Feb. 14-15.
Cassandra Turner‘s team went 13-9 in league play last year with a 9-0 home playoff win over Harvard in the Opening Round of the 2023-24 ECAC Hockey Playoffs. They fell in two games at Cornell to finish their season.
Quinnipiac returns 11 players from the previous year while bringing in 14 newcomers. 2023-24 Third Team All-ECAC Selection Kendall Cooper will lead the Bobcats from the blue line after tallying a career-high 33 points on 11 goals and 22 assists.
Kahlen Lamarche returns the most points from last year with 34 after scoring 11 goals and dishing 23 assists in her first season with the Bobcats. She earned an ECAC Hockey All-Rookie Selection in 2023-24.
Quinnipiac’s full 2024-25 season matchups will be released at a later date.
