INDIANAPOLIS (DU/NCAA) – The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) released its annual Academic Progress Rate report on Monday, with three programs earning perfect multiyear APR scores and nine Denver programs recording perfect single-season scores. Denver’s three perfect multiyear programs, tracking from 2019-20 to 2022-23 were women’s golf, women’s skiing, and women’s tennis.
In the single-year (2022-23) APR scores, Denver earned nine perfect scores from men’s golf, women’s tennis, women’s skiing, women’s golf, women’s soccer, women’s gymnastics, women’s basketball, women’s volleyball, and women’s swimming and diving. Denver’s nine perfect programs are the second-highest total in Denver’s Division I history.

The APR is an annual scorecard of academic achievement calculated for all Division I sports teams.
APR measures eligibility, graduation, and retention each semester or academic term and provides a clear picture of the academic performance for each team in every sport.
